Often overexertion is part of the illness. If this woman had an illness that made her that thin, she would probably be hospitalized and receiving IV nourishment.

You don't get that thin unless you want to get that thin, or unless you're absolutely at death's door. No mentally healthy person would let themselves get that thin, they would demand medical care and, if their condition were strong enough to get THAT bad, they'd be hospitalized.

Sorry, I had a friend who was anorexic when we were in high school. She was 5'4" and her goal weight was 68 pounds. It was a very difficult period, and I have a lot of energy on this topic.

I guess some would, but I always though most anorexics hated their body and were hesitant to wear clothing that would display it.
