Fineman is as big an RNC "butt boy" as the lying Brit Hume
Listening to a candy-ass GOP buttlicker like Howard Fineman praise Brit Hume is enough to make someone puke in thier soup. I am not surprised that RNC filth like Fineman and that old fart Don Imus would admire Brit...after all Brit is a master liar who helped teach both Howard and Don all they know about distorting the truth.
If Brit Hume is such a great journalist, how come even FDR's grandosn is calling him out for his lies about FDR. Anyone who knows anything about FDR knows he NEVER sanctioned or supported any type of Social Security privatization, but I am sure Brit knows that. Of course Brit is too much of a GOP "Butt Boy Coward" to admit that so he is just going to rely on his dirtbag fellow hacks like Fineman and Imus to cover his sorry ass for him.
then Hume should be pressured to do the same for how he's shilled for the lying WH on this issue. And you're absolutely right about (Notso)Fine(Notreallya)man -- total Repug asskisser.
3. True - the GOP forced FDR to drop the 3rd idea - annuity savings accounts
that were in addition to the Social Security benefit.
Today these would be ADDON accounts funded by additional voluntary deductions by the worker.
But Brit pretends that the above is the same as Bush's destroy Social Security take away from Social Security a flow of funds, making Social Security go "bust" in 7 years (in 2012 payroll tax would be less than benefits), so as to fund Bush's CARVE OUT accounts.
ADD ON ACCOUNTS are not the same as CARVE OUT ACCOUNTS!
8. Fineman twists in the wind according to what show he is on
I heard him on Franken several months ago and he said what he thought Franken wanted him to say. That night, or the next, he was on Fox News saying what they wanted him to say.
