I just drank 8 bottles of water.
I know where my night is going to be spent. I truly gained 6 pounds.

I was dehydrated because I am sick. I think this will take care of it.

2. Make sure you have enough salt in your system.
Sometimes drinking that much water that fast can flush the salt and you can feel sicker.

Did you know you can actually get "drunk" from too much water? It's not the exact same thing as alcohol but it looks very similar. Slurred speech, stumbling, giggling. Kind of a weird thing.

7. STOP NOW! There is such a thing as "water intoxication" --
Google it if you wish and read the article at:

9. Oh dear me....
I don't have anymore to drink:7

My throat was so sore the only thing that made it feel better was to drink water. I was so dehydrated so I just over did it a bit...to say the least. I feel completly normal though, except for this damn virus. I am not "drunk" though whisky and honey would not be a bad option right now. I was so dehydrated that my skin was standing up, which was weird. They were smallish bottles, not the full size ones you are thinking of. It was just alot of water.

Thanks for your concern:hi:

10. It wasn't that much...
don't worry. I don't think it would be physically possible for me to drink that much. They were small bottles.

13. Not 16 oz bottles....
I did the math and at most it was 1 and a half litres. At the very most. I feel fine and I think if I were in the danger zone I would be feeling the symptoms already.

Thanks for your concern!:hi:Have a good night.

15. I believe your body can only absorb so much per hour
And if I remeber correctly it's not a ton, most of that your just gonna pee out, probauly 80%. In order to avoid dehydration you need to drink water through out the day.

Here is how I do it.
2 cups in the morning
4-6 cups throughout the day
2 cups before you go to bed.

14. Are You Diabetic?
Are you sure?

Symptoms of diabetes include:excesive thirst and blurred vision. If this continues, get your blood sugar tested. It's more likely than water intoxication.
