3. You haven't lived till you tasted Boston Bay Jerk pork
Jeez Louise, twenty years ago I rented a room right next door to the pits in Boston Bay, Jamaica, where the best jerk pork in the world was made daily. Wow, the squealing of the pig being killed at 5am was disturbing, but the results to be tasted around 4pm were worth it. Jerked pork, jerked chicken, and sausage slow cooked over allspice charcoal. Ummmm.
