That's right it was 3 years ago today that my then girlfriend and I were watching the sunset in Malibu and I turned to her-she the love of my life-and asked if she would marry me and spend the rest of our lives together. She said YES (no ring) and off we went into our life together with only the freakishly hellish experience of our wedding planning to stand in our way.

So as a bonus Valentine's Day type holiday we celebrate February 15th as our "Engagement Day".

she had a pile of clothes that needed mending, and her old machine, which had been handed down to her by her mother, wasn't working.
