1. How do you keep fit?

5. Exercise! lol

I work out every day on both free weights and cybex equipment, use treadmill, elliptical, stairclimber & exercise bikes during the winter months, practice martial arts (Kenpo) daily, in addition to isometrics on a near-constant basis while at work.

1401 E. 5th St., in Beardstown, IL. School hadn't started yet so I was most likely across the street fishing at Myers pond.
