Do they still make Schlitz beer?
I used to like their commercials. Are they still on?

"The beer than made Milwaukee famous, simply because it tastes so good."

"You want to take away my Schlitz? You want to take away my gusto? Say hello to your lunch." (Schlitz drinker threatens man who wants to take his Schlitz away, and make him drink something else. Says to pet tiger, "Say hello to your lunch," meaning the other guy.

"Now that's the gusto hustle." (disco era).

I have not seen Schlitz for a long, long time. Admittedly I'm not that big a beer drinker or barfly, but I just don't recall seeing it in stores for quite some time.

And what about Piels and Esslinger?

1. I've had both Schlitz and Schaeffer recently. I've seen Piels, recently,
but I don't rememeber where. Don't know about Esslinger.

I used to like the Schaeffer jingle. Shaeffer, is the... one beer to have, when you're having more than one...

5. ok, so Schlitz is still around. that's cool.
Yeah I liked that Schaefer jingle too.

it continues "Schaeffer, pleasure, doen't fade, even when your thirst is done."

I forget the third line. I think Esslinger was a Baltimore brand.

2. Simply do a search.
Most major, and many minor companies will distribute or advertise online.

3. I can still buy it here in Ga.
I remember the ad, and loved it, but haven't seen it in a long time.

4. I don't think they make beer any more
Because it tasted really bad.

7. Actually, Schlitz and Schaeffer used to be the top American piss waters
until Americans went for the somewhat sweeter piss water taste of Budweiser.

10. Schlitz is the "thang"
Or it was about a year ago. I saw several stories in the papers how it was the "cool" beer.
