Any blockbuster customers out there? Silly question for ya.
Ok, I signed up for blockbuster online and they offer two free store rentals with your membership each month. I rented a couple of movies at the store and returned them on Tuesday (the due date) although I was two hours late I was assured by the blockhead at the store that it wouldn't be a problem because they no longer charge late fees. Today (friday) I get a prerecorded message asking me to return the movies.
Whats up with that? I called the store and they said don't worry about it. WTF are you calling my house for three days after I returned the movies? Now I have to worry that maybe they didn't record my return ect.... (I worry about the small silly stuff in life)
Do you get calls like this? Should I call them back and confirm I don't have any outstanding movies?
