2. What's the lead time for registering to vote in California?
In Minnesota they have same day registration, which is why so many one time voters showed up to elect Ventura.

People who can't be bothered to get out and vote on regular elections are coming out to vote for the recall for the thrill of having the "Terminator" as their governor

I think there should be a rule with the recall - only those who actually voted in the last governor's election should have the right to decide if the governor should be recalled. Think about it - these are the people that made the choice back in 2002, they should be the ones to decide if they made the right choice or not. NOT the people who can't even take 30 minutes of their time on election day each year to vote.

6. He actually had experience in a political office
Mayor of Brooklyn Park Minnesota.

Also, unlike AWOL pResident, he was a navy SEAL. I never doubted his toughness.
