What the heck is up with the vomit trend in movies lately
Me and my GF are sitting here watching a movie and right off the top th emain character ups and barfs in an alley. It seems as if every movie these days has someone hacking up the contents of their stomach. Anyone else notice this trend or is it just the weird movies we watch?

2. Funny you should mention that.
I saw In Good Company today, and sure enough, there was a barf scene in it. Same thing with Mean Creek yesterday.

The public has obviously been demanding more puke.

4. vomit trend has been noticed
I started noticing this about 5 years ago. I thought I was crazy and then got obsessed with checking for it. It is in almost every movie I've seen and I just don't get it. I got to thinking that it might be some sort of a comment on the times but I can't really say I believe that. One thing I know for sure, don't start watching for it or it will drive you crazy.
