The crew contracted some sort of virus or something that made them act drunk - including Data because his various lubricants and whatnot functioned as his blood. Anyway, after Tasha had gotten "drunk," she went to her quarters, and Data went to check up on her, and she asked if he were "fully functional," and basically she jumped his bones.

At the end when everyone was cured, she went up to him and said, "I'm only telling you this once. It never happened."

It was kind of an homage to the original Trek episode where basically the same thing happened - Sulu ran around shirtless with a sword for a while, etc. In fact, this virus was an offshoot of the original one, which is why the original cure didn't work.
