If you look on their site under "American Girl Today", you can pick dolls from any range of skin/hair/eye colors. While they dont carry 'adult' aged dolls (like Barbie), these appear about 8-12 years old. You can get any number of accessories or clothes, including outfits in child sizes that match the doll outfits.
