Poll question: Which Top 10 Cfootball Team has the best chance of winning the NC
NC=National Championship. I say for the second straight week in a row, Razorbacks! Push 'em back, Razorbacks.

1. Without a doubt....
the Hogs!

We've been waiting for another for nearly 40 years.

3. Cochon du Lait,
that's on the menu in Baton Rouge this year. I hope we are both undefeated going into that game.

4. I will be watching that game

if both teams are undefeated by then, gawd I hope so too. That could be a game where the #1 ranked team faces off with the #2 ranked team, we haven't had one of those in a looong time.

5. Red stick would certainly be rocking that Friday following...
Thanksgiving. The last couple of years, the series has been great. 2002 had the Jones to Birmingham to Atlanta hail mary in the endzone for the Razorbacks to win the West. In 2001, you had Davey and Reed running wild in a shoot out to send LSU to Atlanta and then the Sugar Bowl.

11. It is becoming the premiere game in the SEC West
year in and year out. My stepdad is an Arkansas Grad too, so we have our own family rivalry for that game. Last year killed me, but that was payback for the Kentucky/LSU game.

Good luck this weekend against Auburn, those guys look like they may finally be coming together.

14. It ain't easy...

but I say Oklahoma. As a native Nebraskan and life-long fan, I'd love to see us back on top. Ain't gonna happen this year. I love their 5-0 start but fear it's a mirage...

6. You keep leaving out Texas.
It's making me cranky.

I'm sure it's an oversight, and has nothing to do with the fact that the Hogs and the Horns loathe each other. Although, the Hogs did play a mighty fine game in Austin. I know it was exciting, too, to have indoor plumbing at your disposal.

So come on, help a sister out! It would make me feel so much better to have them included, even if they get their asses whipped this weekend by OU. At this point, I'm hoping for a decent match sans any embarrassing moments. Although I love my Horns right to the roots of my natural burnt-orange hair (auburn, but whose counting?), I hold little hope they can beat OU.

Maybe the Hogs can!

In the meantime...HOOK 'EM!

7. If Texas A&M phenom Reggie McNeal doesn't upend their cart
like he did last year it's OU to play in and probably win the BCS.

8. Reggie is the real deal.
Edited on Mon Oct-06-03 05:04 PM by Wolfman 11
all we need now is a defense, or some semblance of one, and maybe we could even break .500 in addition to pulling off the occasional upset.

edit: I voted for OU. Mack Brown cannot beat them.

9. Sooners
If Jason White(QB)can stay healthy, OU has a very good chance to go undefeated. The big test comes this weekend against Texas. In this game, the point spread, the favorite to win, etc, can be thrown out. Since there is so much emotion, the team that makes the fewest mistakes normally wins this game.

Go Sooooooooooners

10. Oh God, you guys are gonna kill us
I've come to terms with it. So, if you have to decimate my beloved Horns, at least have the DECENCY to win it all!

Here's to an injury-free, well-fought battle on Saturday.

Cheers.

12. It could get ugly
If the team plays the way they have been playing and if there are no injuries. However, I've seen too many of these games where the favorite ends up getting beat. Regardless, it should be a great game to watch.

I need to learn how to post pictures....:(
