I'm looking for something fairly easy. The party I'm going to will have the standard queso, veggie tray and I don't know what else. All I know is last year I went and ended up having to subside of chips and dip. I wanted something more substantial all night!

Any ideas?

12. I'm making some killer nachos

Last year I was at the MCI center in DC to see a basketball game and I discovered the best nachos ever, so we had to copy them. Instead of using beef, buy a tub of BBQ flavored pulled pork. Put that on them with the regular fixins (cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, etc...) and vola' you got yourself a great plate of nachos

It's called "I could give two shakes" stew. The only good thing about the Super Bowl is that it means only 2 weeks until the Daytona 500, and racing season starts up again.

Although I want Donavan McNabb to have the best game of his career and lead the Eagles to victory, just to flip Limbaugh the bird.
