Potential JimmyJazz Theft Charges Dismissed

Theft charges against JimmyJazz have been dropped after the Los Angeles District Attorney's office decided it was not "in the interest of justice" to prosecute the DU heiress for stealing one of her own sex tapes. Authorities in Los Angeles were readying themselves for a court battle with Jazz after witnessing the DU star swipe a "One Night In Jazz" DVD she spotted for sale at a newsstand. But there will be no charges brought against JimmyJazz, who also allegedly ripped down a poster promoting the tape. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office recommended that Jazz be charged with petty vandalism and misdemeanor theft.
