I just hacked mine on my new computer to get rid of some stupid viruschecking key for virus software I didn't have, because I couldn't install the virus program I wanted to install. I went in, deleted four keys and voila! Installed smooth as a charm.

(Of course, I made sure to search for a few sources for the appropriate fix before I dared.)
