Are X-boxes worth it?
I'm thinking of buying one with my tax refund. Are there lots of great games for it? Are you happy with yours?

2. I've already got a PS2. And a DVD player.
I'm mostly interested in hearing about the quality of the games for X-box.

3. Nah.
Get a Gamecube, it's less expensive and the games are more fun.

5. Yes.
It's my favorite game console out of this generation. The harddrive alone seals the deal for me, but it also has the great online service and arguably the best graphics.

There are a lot of good games for it, but it just depends on what you're interested in.

6. Depends on if you think it is a valuable use of your time, to sit in front
of a TV, mesmerized by flashing pixels.

Unless your question is "Are X-boxes worth the price in comparison to other comparable gaming systems"? In which I don't know. I've never played an X-Box.
