After a blissful weekend together, I packed my husband off to Dallas again today. Back to loneliness - SIGH. Won't get to see him until spring break in mid-March unless he can return for a short visit in February. Woe is me!!
My Janet is working on a movie about 200 miles north of Minneapolis for the next few months! I went up this weekend, but it's a grueling drive and you can never count on the weather...
I shouldn't complain, because it was my choice to stay and do my last year here instead of doing the last year in Dallas, but I didn't want to upset the apple cart as far as school goes. Thanks for caring!
13. Someone at school was just mentioning the "Rust Belt" to me today
And complaining about how hard it is to find a job here. She gets pretty good grades and can't even get an interview anywhere. Glad I'm moving to Texas!
There is nothing like being together. And no amount of talking can change that fact. I feel ya, but don't worry- time will fly and you'll be together again! :D
in forty years you'll both be retired and you'll be begging him to leave the house once and while. :hi:
My point is, the separation won't last forever. When my parents were first married my father got shipped off to Guatal Canal for two and a half years. My mother was 18, and my father was 22. But they had a fifty-two year marriage and four children after he returned.
