1. Jay Fiedler and Brock Berlin
Yet when I was in Miami throughout August, according to talk radio we were destined for dual championships.

Maybe they meant the Marlins and the Heat.

2. What is Brock Berlin doing that is so bad?
He helped Miami score 4 straight Touchdowns to lead them pass the Gators.

3. Fine, now he should transfer back to Gainesville and pronto
Check out the 'Canes sites. Berlin is being ripped, and not just by me.

He is a little guy who bird dogs the primary receiver and masterfully lobs into multiple coverage at least a half dozen times per game. The prototype Miami play -- fake to the TB and a deep drop with a 15 yard peg over the middle -- is all but nonexistent because Berlin can't get it there.

The comeback vs UF was masterful and crucial, our last meeting with the most hated rival in 5 years. It was almost entirely out of the shotgun and no huddle. Miami may have to resort to that, especially with Frank Gore out. But the 'Canes have had a balanced pro type offense for 20+ years and do not want to change simply because of the limitations of one transfer QB WHO DOES NOT FIT THE SYSTEM AND IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Very difficult to foresee top notch and errorless games for Berlin at Tallahassee and Blacksburg. The team will have to step up around him.

I'm hoping frosh blue chipper Kyle Wright takes over late in the season. And Miami lost talented youngster Marc Guillon when Berlin was named the starter. Guillon transferred to Alabama.

Hey, I thought this was a Dolphin thread. Perhaps Dave Wannstedt will save his job and revisit '72 by drafting Brock Berlin.

4. Hey trumad, you're being unfair to Miami Dave
You updated everything except our record, at the bottom of the main page.

Unless that Buffalo win retroactively did not count, negated after a media creation like Donovan McNabb managed to beat the Bills.

Hurry up and stick another W in there. December awaits.

5. LOL
You're right.. I'll change that now.. Hey I try to be fair and balanced you know...

As far as Berlin...The guy's goofy as hell. I can't figure him or for that matter, Coker and Shanahan's offensive play calling. In MHOP I would leave Brock in the shot gun the whole game against the Noles and tell him he's behind...
