In all seriousness, why are the news shows talking about nutrition and
sleep deprivation and such, meanwhile the society that causes weight gain, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, and everything else continues to run unchecked?!

And what can WE do to make society change for the benefit of everybody who lives in it? Enough piddling with symptoms, let's eradicate the problem!

1. I've seen a couple of suggestions about this, but
Not anything that is realistic. One is making it legal to work a maximum of forty hours a week. Another is passing a law requiring workers have two consecutive days off. I like both ideas and they would probably go a long way towards curing some of our ills but it ain't going to happen.

3. You don't understand? Really?
Mainstream health advice is actually designed to make you unhealthy. Remember, they need to keep attracting sponsors, and whether those sponsors include Kraft, Merck, or whomever...business benefits when people are unhealthy. They want you to eat more high-margin, addictive, fattenting food to sell more...and then get sick so you need drugs. Its a cycle and they win at every point.

When you break that cycle you don't buy high-margin, processed foods and you don't need healthcare. This is why it took Dr. Atkins, for example, 30 years to break through even though he was right.

The best advice is to do the exact opposite from what you hear on TV. I'm 100% serious. That's exactly what I do and it seems to work 9 times out of 10.
