Valley of the stinkos. 5 out of 6 Phoenician water plants down.

The City of Phoenix is now down to 1 plant to serve 1.4 million people. Phoenix does not want it's residents to take showers in the morning....P.U.!

All will hopefully be back to normal tommorow afternoon.

This does not affect the other valley cities, such as Scottsdale, where residents are wanded for odor.
