I'm breaking out! Agrgh!

So the past month my skin has gone to hell- I've started breaking out really badly on my face and back- even my chest. This is after a good year of being completely acne free thanks to going on the Pill. I don't eat greasy foods, I drink a ton of water- what is going on here? Anyone have this problem?

Yup. Stress. But can it REALLY cause you to break out like a mofo in all the problem areas? (face, back, chest/boobs)

Sleeping and sweating are the two things that seem to help mine the most - more than any medicine ever does.

exercise and sleep might be the two factors that are fawking me- I get 5 hours a sleep a night and don't exercise much (except for the romps in the hay).
That might explain it.
