Poll question: How should the left protest the Bush administration?
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness . . . that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish them, and to institute new government.

2. the way to overthrow oppressive regimes
is not armed rebellion. That way leads to either violent defeat or violent victory and as far as I am concerned which is worse is a toss up.

The way is non violent resistance. The people of eastern europe, and most recently the people of the ukraine, have shown how a determined non violent resistance can succeed. The dead in tiananman square demonstrate just how determined the resistance must be.

What we should be doing is exposing the nature of the beast at every opportunity. If Bush shows up in public anywhere - we have to be there too, turning our backs, messing up the sound clips with "Fuck Bush",
making their day miserable, and making it very difficult for the MSM to portray their idiotic scripted god bless america image without a whole lot of editing.

Truth and reality are on our side.

I think that people should protest with their wallets. We know that money makes the world go round. Now we can easily identify companies that contribute to the Republican party as well as those who break the principles of the party. We must make a concerted effort to spend wisely, buy Hybrid vehicles, ... etc.

We know that the corporations control the government, so we can make every concerted effort to take down these corporations.

Ever since I read about this I have not eaten at Outback Steakhouse and Wendy's... nor have I been to the Home Depot. I placed the list on my PDA for easy reference.
