Do you ever feel ugly?
I feel ugly right now. Other times I don't. It's strange

1. I've had the same thing...
all my life. Right now I don't feel ugly. I was sitting in a restaurant tonight and happened to see my reflection in a mirror. I didn't look half bad. I was surprised.

5. Of course, but today I am diva-licious... all 180 lbs of me. *g*
I think it's cause I put on make-up and did my hair up nice and big. :)

6. Yes, when I have acne breakouts.
I'm 22 years old and I'm still getting acne. It sucks ass.

8. My friend,
I'd rather be 22 and getting acne than 41.5 with my clear skin. Do I ever feel ugly? Yup, ever since I turned 36.

12. Sweetie, you need to get passed that. Feeling old in your
early 40s isn't good. There is only ONE other alternative to getting older - ya know? I'm sure you are not ugly. You're a dem/lib which, by definition, makes you beautiful. :)

7. My mom used to say
"pretty is, is as pretty does" so lately I'm ugly inside and out 'cause I've been doing ugly.

10. Do I ever feel ugly? Do I ever feel attractive is a better question
I haven't felt attractive since about 1992 (my 30th birthday).

11. only when i see my reflection...
or my picture.

in fact, "ugly" was the nickname i was given in high school.

people(especially kids) can be so kind.

i was very bitter about it for the longest time, and sometimes i suppose i still am...but i've got bigger and better things to worry about now- when you're a teen,it's practically your whole life.

13. Attractiveness is wasted on youth
Not that I am that old now, but if I looked now like I looked at 20, I'd be a happy man. I had no idea that I looked that good then.

16. Exactly. I just came across some pictures of myself
Edited on Wed Jan-19-05 07:31 PM by notmyprez
with my friends when I was in my early twenties. I was surprised at how good I looked! So if I don't like what I see in the mirror now, I tell myself that if my perception was so far off in the past, it probably is now as well.

19. Maybe the key is
to picture yourself 20 years older, so you can enjoy what you've got while you've got it.

17. Yes
It builds during extended time without sex, but is lifted directly afterwards! Right now I feel very, very attractive.

20. My GOD DU ladies!
It upsets me to read this!

You're all beautiful!

Know why?

'Cause you are liberals who believe that the poor deserve a chance, that just because someone is down on his or her luck that does not make them a bad person who deserves to suffer, and because you all have good liberal hearts!

If that is not the antithesis of "ugly", I don't know what is.

and this goes for the men on this thread, as well.

:hi:
