Thank you Al Gore for bringing the Internet into our homes and finally allowing free speech to have some power. We would not have been able to get the truth out without the Internet. We at DU have been "on" to * a long time ago. "On" to his lies and fabrication of why we had to invade Iraq. Well, it's all coming out now, Al. Be proud of yourself. We are!

And for those f*cking freepers who don't mistakenly LIED and said Al Gore "invented" the Internet. Take this:

The inventor of the Mosaic Browser, Marc Andreesen, credits Gore with making his work possible. He received a federal grant through Gore's High Performance Computing Act. The University of Pennsylvania's Dave Ferber says that without Gore the Internet "would not be where it is today."

Joseph E. Traub, a computer science professor at Columbia University, claims that Gore "was perhaps the first political leader to grasp the importance of networking the country. Could we perhaps see an end to cheap shots from politicians and pundits about inventing the Internet?"
