45. Zombies change everything.
Stay there and manage the undead then. But give yourself lots of sympathy and hot chicken soup.

20. Staying on that theme
A hefty (and I do mean hefty) shot of brandy, the juice of a lemon (for vitamin C), lots of sugar (to make it drinkable), topped up with hot water. Drink just before bed.

Only thing I ever use for a cold, plus lots of water of course.

6. Tea, juice, bed
Get some throat coat tea, some zinc cough drops and a jug of not from concentrate orange juice.

Go home, get in a warm bed with these items and make a nice cup of green or white tea to chase them with.

If the stomach is upset, take some cold carbonated soda and a couple of soda crackers.

With a sore throat. Drinking lots of tea (lemon and mint) and taking zinc throat drops has minimized the soreness.

9. Lots and lots of water - enough to float an ark.
Also if you don't actually have a stomach bug and just have a cold you may have what I have - when my sinuses get stuffed (real problems with them) I get nauseous and will throw up unless I get a decongestant in me pretty quick. Take some Sudafed and see if that helps your stomach. If not, it could be drainage making you feel yucky but otherwise you have a GI thing. Good luck!

26. Sure, no diffrerence other that the broth is easier on the digestive
system. It need not be bland. Like Gentle Giant suggested (I forgot that): Throw some hot pepper in, salt and whatever. Make it hot, good for the sinuses (the Indians do this and it works fine). But soup is ok also.

44. And hot peppers will crank up your internal furnace
aiding your body in fighting off the cold virus. I swear, the hotter the better. I used to work in a mex food restaurant, and I would eat a dish of pickled jalapenos whenever I felt a cold coming on. Did wonders for fighting off the bug.

Tabasco, jalapenos, whatever... crank up the heat.

14. Zinc, echinacea, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid if possible)...
...vitamin E, and if your sinuses are clogged, buy a can or jar of either hot pepperocinis or jalapenos and eat one or more every half hour (or a tablespoon of HOT salsa could be substituted in a pinch). Gargle with salt water as warm as you can stand it to help your throat. Finally, sleep as much as you possibly can and eat no more than you absolutely have to.

Bed rest is the healthiest thing for you. Many remedies have been mentioned. Pick what sounds good to relieve the symptoms until your immune system kicks in.

Your co-workers really don't need your viruses. And--exactly what work are you doing right now?
