What is your preferred strategy when you get the blues?
In other words, how do you personally get yourself back in balance when you feel low... other than meds.

I'll go one of 3 routes: Jog, glass of wine & some good tunes, or do some side-work I've been putting off (organization does wonders).

I'm not big on the meds trip.

Nothing lifts my spirits like playing "god" with those little, digital people for a couple of hours! :evilgrin:

12. listen to music, read a good book
or if all else fails, pull an all-nighter. At some point all of your troubles fade before the mountain of fatigue. You only have one problem, you are exhausted, and that is easily solved by going to bed.

14. Alcohol has always served me right.
A good drunk and them I'm usually over it. Sometimes it takes a couple of sessions.
