Glad I could help or something...

just don't hold peep trials. Me and a few friends did. I tell you you'll never forget the screams of a poor peep as it's head is chewed off..... poor poor peeps.. even if they are creepy and wrong.

4. I was afraid of the Easter Bunny as a child and this is what I thought he
looked like.

I woke up one night and thought someone was outside my bedroom window because I saw shadows. I woke up my parents and they asked me to describe the shadows, and they determined it to be the ears of the Easter Bunny casting shadows on my window. Ears about 2 feet high. After that I was very afraid of the Easter Bunny, whom I suspected to be a peeping Tom.

6. Could someone please please tell me
what a rabbit has to do with Easter? A rabbit who carries a basket full of eggs and candy? How did a rabbit get wrapped in Easter?

10. Fertility baby.
Breeding like rabbits and all that.

Eggs and bunnies have to do with fertility.

Both have nothing to do with the resurrection, which is probably because early Christians wanted to fit in with their brethren and sistren and celebrate things around the same time.

You'll remember that from another little holiday called Christmas.

11. "Easter" comes from the Goddess "Eostre"
Edited on Wed Jan-12-05 12:49 AM by porkrind
Who was associated with a rabbit, eggs, flowers, and springtime (fertility symbols). It's associated with the ancient spring equinox holiday, and is just one of the popular holidays of Pagan origin. Others include Valentine's Day, Halloween, and Christmas.

8. yes, I saw him kissing Santa Claus
So I quickly asked for the holy hand grenade.
Actually, Easter is a much cooler holiday than Clausmas.
1) fewer decorations
2) no songs
3) jelly beans and chocolate rabbits
