If she has, I'm not complaining. She is a personal injury/medical malpractice lawyer. She told me tonight that since the election she has asked all her new consults who they voted for and if the answer was GWB she won't represent them. Apparently there is a lecture on the dangers of messing around with the jury system involved. I can just hear my mom in her little Southern Belle accent doing this lol. Ok, I have heard it. Since I was about 6, lol. I hope this doesn't hurt the firm too bad financially. They are in Ga so it probably cause some problems.

4. Not Sure I Blame Her

Everybody hates personal injury attorneys until they need one.

Although, what she is doing does sound a little extreme. Obviously the problem is that people who disagreed with Bush on the majority of issues, found one key issue with which they did agree with him and voted accordingly.

But still...GWB wants to put her out of business and she is fortunate if she is in a position to take whatever cases she wants. Still, maybe this could be used by her as an opportunity to educate people (the truth about tort reform). "Do you realize the man for whom you voted doesn't want you to have this right?"

I don't think it would matter that much where she practices. Standing up for one's convictions in this country is frowned upon, especially when it might ruffle the feathers of the Chamber of Commmerce types.
