1. I haven't seen it
Knowing what you're going through, I'd say watch it...get out of bed for a while.

It wasn't one OF Tom's best, but it was rather light. Some descent humor here and there. I suffer from chronic depression. It would be a good choice to get away from things for awhile!
ENJOY!
:-)

5. One of the reviews said it was Hanks' best perfomance since "Forrest Gump"
Which doesn't exactly make me rush to the video store....

6. Ive seen Hanks in a lot of good stuff post Gump
Really thought he was great as Cpt John Miller in Saving Private Ryan and as Paul Edgecomb in the Green Mile, both of those movies move me for some reason.

7. Well, I sure wasn't impressed with "Gump"
I personally think his best performance, that I've seen, was "Philadelphia". He did deserve the Oscar for that performance.

3. I kind of liked it.
It's a pleasant, cheerful sort of movie. Good, light entertainment.

8. Give it a watch
the Hanks character finds pleasure in simple stuff and his dedication is incredible. I found it uplifting. I don't care much for Hanks - I always wonder how the role would've been played by someone else. - this one is no exception. A decent enough watch, though.

9. I felt the same way when I checked it out
but there was nothing else at the video store. It starts out a little depressing, and merges into mildy amusing and highly unlikely diversions. It's better than staying in bed - that's got to be the best review of it so far!

I will say I was suprised at C Z-J as the flight attendant. Usually I don't like her, but this time she really submerged her ego and became someone else.
