The first ever "tags in shirt collars" rant.
I don't actually "hate" many things.
But I do HATE the tags inside shirt collars and yokes.
They ITCH!
They are VERY irritating.
As soon as I get a new shirt, the first thing I do is sit down and razor the tags out.

But then I wonder if I pass out or die on the street somewhere and the police or whoever discover all the tags have been razored out of my clothes will they think I'm a spy or with the CIA or Al Queda?

It's always something.

1. Not these
I just bought some Hanes A-shirts that had the "tags" silk-screened onto the fabric.

3. Never had that problem.
I did when I was a kid but, not now. My beef with tags in shirts in when they fade and I can't see what size they are.:(

4. I'm with you
it's the first thing I do, too. They are so "pokey" in the "they poke you" sense of the word, not "slow."

7. You're absolutely right

Even worse than tags on shirt/blouse collars are tags on the inside back of skirts and pants. You can scratch your neck politely, but there's no graceful way to scratch your butt.

New clothing tags last less than half a day on my bod, before I'm driven to duck into the bathroom, whip out a #11 scalpel and perform a tag-ectomy. I used to worry because I invariably removed the washing instructions as well. If a garment doesn't say "machine wash in warm water, tumble dry", I don't buy it.

Now about those bones in bras that invariably decide to stab me in the arm-pit during delicate moments... Those must have been invented by Medieval clerics who decided hair shirts weren't sufficiently uncomfortable.

8. Actually if you check a year or so ago, this was my rant
and actually before Hanes started printing them
inside their teeshirts.
Ask, and you shall receive sometimes :-)
