I was born with light brown hair that could look blonde however as I have gone in to my teens I have gotten more darker brown hair that can look black even. I like it that way honestly, I prefer looking more "Eastern" than western. You know like western europe and eastern europe. I dont know what ethnicity I could pass for lol. Sorry for the rant. I am curious guys, :)

1. Medium brown, but with about 20% gray
and I'm only 34. It started when I was 15! :(

However, my hair is thicker than all get-out. Thick enough to stop all but the highest quality trimmers COLD. So, at least I'm not likely to go bald, so that's nice. :)

Dark brown, about 50% grey, and I'm 29...lol also started when i was 15. Genetics can be a bitch, not only do I get the grey, but I'm also liberal! :D

42. Nyem, On the Speaking...
By the time I was in Cub Scouts, my hair was wavy dark-blonde. I wanted straight black hair like my indian-cub-scout persona, Little Deer. Oh, by the way, my mom was the Den Mother who promulgated these indian-cub-scout personaes amongst the troop. My mom had dark straight hair...

However I never understood the blonde-baby-to-dark-curly-hair-adult until I stood next to the Danube in Budapest and saw all theose blonde children in a predominantly dark hair-haired crowd...

I wasn't a freak of nature...

but some of my ancestors were called Hunkies by the established I think. I am part Slovak and Slovene as well as Irish and German so I kind of have the German and or Scandavian big blue eyes but I have dark brown hair like a more Eastern European not to say they arent all like that but they are darker as far as hair goes I think.

14. Hair you say?
Hair

She asks me why
I'm just a hairy guy
I'm hairy noon and night
Hair that's a fright
I'm hairy high and low
Don't ask me why
Don't know
It's not for lack of break
Like the Grateful Dead
Darling

Gimme head with hair
Long beautiful hair
Shining, gleaming,
Streaming, flaxen, waxen

Give me down to there hair
Shoulder length or longer
Here baby, there mama
Everywhere daddy daddy

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair

Let it fly in the breeze
And get caught in the trees
Give a home to the fleas in my hair
A home for fleas
A hive for bees
A nest for birds
There ain't no words
For the beauty, the splendor, the wonder
Of my...

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair

I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy
Snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty
Oily, greasy, fleecy
Shining, gleaming, streaming
Flaxen, waxen
Knotted, polka-dotted
Twisted, beaded, braided
Powdered, flowered, and confettied
Bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied!

Oh say can you see
My eyes if you can
Then my hair's too short

Down to here
Down to there
Down to where
It stops by itself

They'll be ga ga at the go go
When they see me in my toga
My toga made of blond
Brilliantined
Biblical hair

My hair like Jesus wore it
Hallelujah I adore it
Hallelujah Mary loved her son
Why don't my mother love me?

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair

30. my hair is complicated.
it pretty much does whatever it wants to do, as far as how it looks, how it acts, and what color it is.

i can go from jet black to red, and that's without dying it.

normally i hover around a dark brown though.

my beard, oddly enough, is always reddish-brown. people often ask me if i dye my beard, but i don't.

She's in her mid-50's.

My hair is a dirty blond now that was really light as a child. Actually one afternoon in the sun and I go almost platinum.

I'm wondering if I'll go gray. Actually I think it'd kind of suck to not.

I "weaved" and did things to cover it for a decade...somewhere in my 30s I got sick of messing with it and just let it go. I have more gray than anyone I know my age (43). I have more gray than my mom. At least, I show more gray! It really doesn't bother me in the least. I like it. I earned every one of those suckers, and I'm proud of them.

69. I'm a natural blonde.

Better living through chemistry covers the "ash." It's such a light blonde that having white hair wouldn't be much of a change, but it would take more chemistry to make it all white. When I get to be 70 or so I think I'll choose a color here:

http://www.manicpanic.biz/ct_CG13931614.htm

I'm thinking "Atomic Turquoise" would be good on me. :hippie:
