and not being tired of evolution threads should be taught in schools on an equal basis as aperfectly valid alternative view.

The two sides will never find agreement.I used to love to debate it when I was younger,but it's seems rather futile to try sway anyone one way or the other.People who believe aren't just going to change their minds because of some DU thread.It called faith for a reason,afterall.

14. Some people do that.
Some atheists want to win the religious folks over to their way of thinking. Some of the religious folks want to impose their biblical view onto the rest of the secular world.

My personal take is simply to try to set the boundary. Without it, neither side can be its best.
