I find German beer superior, however, and would gladly trade stroopwafels for a nice weizenbier right about now.

Argh, five days since I've been last in Holland -way too long.

Gotta agree on the beer though. Maybe Grolsch.

7. Yes, the fresh ones are great!
Oliebollen are good, but only when they've just been made. Too many places make larges batches of them and then heat them up in a microwave. They're still edible though.

Grolsh is okay, I guess. I'm more a fan of belgian beer. Leffe is great, and I'm a sucker for a good Oude Geuze. You're lucky, it's glühwein season!
