I wanted to cry. It's cringing to listen to as a tv theme, but as a song in its own right?! ARGH!

who likes the new theme song (as an agnostic/atheist makes that even more unsusual, I'll admit) AND Wil Wheaton's character Wesley Crusher.

This season's version cracks me up. "Hey, let's pep this up a little." This song was written by Diane Warren, who also wrote "God Gave Rock & Roll To You." UGH :puke:

played as "muzak" in a chain restaurant (don't know which) in Binghamton NY and wondered the same thing. I just don't like it...too sappy.
