Jesus Was A Capricorn
Jesus was a capricorn
He ate organic food
He believed in love and peace
And never wore no shoes

Long hair, beard and sandles
And a funky bunch of friends
Reckon we’d just nail him up
If he came down again

Chorus:
’cause everybody’s gotta have somebody to look down on
Who they can feel better than at any time they please
Someone doin’ somethin’ dirty decent folks can frown on
If you can’t find nobody else, then help yourself to me

Eggheads cussing rednecks cussing
Hippies for their hair
Others laugh at straights who laugh at
Freaks who laugh at squares

Some folks hate the whites
Who hate the blacks who hate the klan
Most of us hate anything that
We don’t understand

All Creation Insists That We Strive To Resist The Republicans.

I don't know Bush's birthday, but I feel confident in saying I doubt he shares Jesus' birth-sign.

8. you are correct.
I love Kris. He wrote "Me and Bobby McGee" too you know.

On a tangent, did you know that William Bennett dated Janis Jopliin? Now that was an odd couple.

The contrast between the Lord Jesus Christ and the Antichrist may well be seen from the following Scriptures:

Christ comes from above (John 6:38); Antichrist ascends from the pit (Rev. 11:7).

Christ comes in His Father's name (John 5:43); Antichrist comes in his own name (John 5:43).

Christ humbled Himself (Phil 2:8); Antichrist exalts himself (2 Thess. 2:4).

Christ is despised and rejected of men (Isa. 53:3; Luke 23:18); Antichrist is admired (Rev. 13:3-4).

Christ was exalted by the Father (Phil 2:9); Antichrist will be cast down to Hell (Isa. 14:14-15; Rev. 19:20).

Christ came to do His Father's will (John 6:38); Antichrist will come to do his own will (Dan 11:36).

Christ came to save (Luke 19.10); - Antichrist will come to destroy (Dan 8:24).

Christ is the Good Shepherd (John 10:11); Antichrist is the idol (evil) shepherd (Zech. 11:16-17).

Christ is the Truth (John 14:6); Antichrist is the lie (2 Thess. 2:11).

Christ is the Holy One (Mark 1:24); Antichrist is the lawless one (2 Thess.2:11).

Christ is the man of sorrow (Isa.53:3); Antichrist is the man of sin (2 Thess.2:3).

Christ is the Son of God (Luke 1:35); Antichrist is the son of perdition (2 Thess.2:3).

Christ, "the mystery of godliness" is God manifest in the flesh (1 Tim 3:16); Antichrist, "the mystery of iniquity" will be Satan manifest in the flesh (2 Thess.2:7).

15. Wrong! Jesus was a Virgo!
Born Sept. 11

http://home.earthlink.net/~viarengo/jc_seed.html

Also...Seems I remember something about how Dec. 25th was chosen by the church in following the solstice and the previous pagan rites of worshipping the deity that brought the turning of the light into longer daylight time.

16. Nobody knows when Jesus was born
but it seems most likely it was in the spring when the shepherds tend their flock most assiduously. In fact very little is known of Jesus but from the Gospels, and they are rife with contradictions.

18. seems it's based on
when the bright "star" was seen that supposedly the kings followed...something to do with the conjunction of Venus and Mars...or something like that...but hell! what do I know? Two glasses of wine and I see all sorts of connections and conjunctions.

Conjunction junction, what's your function?

19. No known
heavenly body (no pun intended) hangs in one place, it moves as everything else, from east to west, except perhaps a comet matching the earth's rotation.

20. When two planets are aligned
the brightness/intensity can last for many days, thus seeming to appear as one "star" in one place over several nights...of course it all "moves" as the earth rotates, but the alignment stays the same as apparent to the naked eye.

But hell! what do I know...am one third glass of wine
