1. Yep.. The first season was ok
but after a while it got so dumb..

It's almost pathetic.. The whole premise.. a bunch of 30 somethings still living like college kids :(..Not funny...sad..

3. Yes. It's horrible.
The first couple of seasons were funny but a bunch of late 30 somethings still not having a clue how to get along in life without the after school (work) coffee house meet-up is frightening. I still can't believe they are each making a million an episode. Then again, we have Britneys and Christinas making millions more so who's accounting for taste in this fucked up world.

10. That "Ross" guy is the most annoying creature on the planet...
next to the guy that plays him. He has one of those voices that just sounds like he's ACHING with constipation, like he hasn't had a bowel movement in a week.

12. Maybe if I was 20 years younger, I could relate...
But at 46, I don't get it. There's nothing in that show that speaks to my life, but I suppose a show about a half-a-dozen people living lives of desperate isolation in their little flats wouldn't sell allergy pills, would it?

I laugh all the way through. Guess this just show "different strokes for different folks!"

14. I've seen "Friends" only once
and that was last Thanksgiving. The woman who hosted several of us in the apartment building for dinner is a devoted fan and would not miss the show. I didn't laugh once, and I haven't watched since.

16. I like Friends. No accounting for the taste of others, I guess.

To me, sports is dumb, dumb, dumb. Your pictures of sports figures impress me as much as I would impress you if I had pictures of Joey and Phoebe and Rachel.

Here's the thing--neither sports nor light sitcoms are hugh intellectual investments. It's just about taste.
