Have you ever forgotten how old you are?
I mentioned to several people this past week that I'm soon going to be 47. Then I realized yesterday that I'm still 45.

Is this how Alzheimers starts?

1. Interestingly enough, I am 47. Someone asked me today and
I had to think about it. At this stage it's called "sometimers" rather than Alzheimers.

2. I wish I could forget how old I am
I'm not really that old, but I'd rather be 25 again and know what I know now.

4. LOL, but yes, I have forgotten my age and half the reason is I
don't like to think about it. I can't wait till my birthday is over...a day to avoid. Same with weight. A few times I have forgotten my telephone number since I never call it. I don't think you or I have Alzheimers

8. No, but my daughter told her vice principal
that I'm 39 (I'm 38).

Her own father insisted that I am ten years younger than he is and therefore 39.

So, OTHER people forget my age, but I don't. :)

23. No, I don't think you know me.
I just said yes I have forgotten how old I am, not yes you have the
dread disease. I think after I hit 43 I just forgot about age, and I don't know what that means. I don't know, maybe it's denial, or maybe it's self acceptance. Anyways hello, if you think you have the big A, start taking vitamin E and shit I can't remember the other one. Oh, folic acid.

13. i always add a year, because that's the year of your life you're ....
actually in or doing. You know what I mean, by the time you turn one, you've done your first year, etc.
I gotta stop doing that!

14. I did that, it was so cool!
My husband and I were born in 1957, him in Feb, me in Oct. So one whole year I thought I was his age. So I spent the whole year being 46, so it was really cool when my birthday came and I realized I got a whole extra year to be 46. But I decided to be 45 instead, since I never got to be that age! :)

19. Certainly!
Since we can't remember how the hell old we are anyway, may as well choose an age that makes us happy!

A couple years ago I miscalculated my age and I really thought I was a year older than I was. What a pleasant surprise it is when you're a knuclehead!

24. Look at it this way...
You celebrated your 45th birthday. After that, you were in your 46th year on this planet. It's kinda like the Millenium deal. But we're really all still 29, right?
