Stuff I've said in the Lounge was used to attack me personally in the GD earlier, because I didn't agree with someone politically. Then I got called "high school-ish" and had people questioning my intelligence and going on and on about "You don't sound very smart or mature." :eyes:

And from the looks of it the Lounge is a prickly pear tonight as well.

I really can't remember how many were here when I started posting, I trolled for a couple months first. The 9/11 stuff was just starting to get debunked and made me leery. Not that it didn't believe it, but how stupid I felt for believing any of the B.S. that came out. It's been a long journey. I understand full well why so many come here and try to attack this site, many others don't.

People with heavy hearts should not sigh so deeply, most of us (as far as I can tell) are not going away anytime soon.

I've had a few >ahem< "encounters" as well. And in these last few weeks, I've been uncharacteristically silent. I've found it helpful that whenever someone is trying to "bait" me, I choose to ignore them. I've never hit the ignore button - I simply choose NOT to respond. That gives ME the power to rise above it.
