4. It's a quagmire...

Despite my best efforts I spent 40 days and 40 nights in the 700 Club. But I was lucky, I got out alive and now can look back and laugh at those dark days of despair...(chortle chortle chortle)

Good luck! Somedtime in the future I hope you also will be able to look back and laugh also...

5. I know this is somewhat off topic...

...but during a commercial break on TDS yesterday, I flipped down a few channels...and saw George Foreman doing a cooking segment on a show. Always interested in seeing boxers cook (who isn't?!) I paused...only to realize that the man standing to George's left was (gasp!) Pat Robertson. Horror of horrors. I stuck around, transfixed by Robertson's face job, until he started telling Foreman he had gotten chubby, and Robertson's vapid cohost said "Oh Pat, how come you tell George he's chubby but you always tell me I'm fat?"

That's when I snapped out of it and clicked back over to Jon Stewart. Sigh.....
