I hope they get Hazard Pay - Weather Channel Hurricane Reports

I'm watching the Weather Channel and I'm watching these guys. They plop 2 of them on different beaches in North Carolina, 1 is in Virgina Beach and another in Ocean City Maryland.

Now call me dang silly, but if I'm in North Carolina and I'm stupid enough to not evacuate my home: I'M SURE AS HELL NOT GOING TO WANT MY ASS TO BE STANDING ON SOME BEACH IN NORTH CAROLINA WITH A DAMN LEVEL2 HURRICANE JUST A FEW SHORT MILES OFF THE COAST.

I mean I'm crazy! I'll drink Tequilla like it's water and sometimes I drive my car without my seatbelt on (although I will not drink tequilla like it's water and then get in my car and drive even WITH the seatbelt on). Heck, I'll even read an Ann Coulter(+) column on a very rare occasion. But geez, unless they are putting a 5 million dollar life insurance policy to be paid to my family AND pay me at least 10 times my salary - I sure as hell wouldn't want the weather channel having my ass stand on a beach somewhere at ground zero.


But maybe that's just me!

Is as far as I'm willing to go too. I'm rather fond of my ass and I'd like to keep it with me as long as I can.

I'm sure they're either well paid or dumb enough to post on the Free Republic.
