12. I think if we say something negative about any member,

regardless of whether they're propular or not, that that would be considered as an attack, and as such against the rules. Not just a general comment to them in a thread, but something like what you've done here, if you were to name them, it wouldn't just be unpopular, it'd be against the rules. I think.
