Dookus' frugal tip of the day
If you don't wash your windows, you can save a lot of money on Windex. It can take DECADES for all sunlight to be blocked.

1. Mikimouse's additional tip...
If you shave your cats once a week, you won't have to worry about them shedding constantly.

4. does Nair work on cats?
Seems like it could be easier than shaving. Have you ever tried waxing them?

7. Good idea, but...then they would probably avenge themselves...
by licking and then depositing hairballs the size of SUVs right in the middle of the living room. Now, hmmmmmmm, waxing....never thought of that, but since Mr. Pooky is sitting on my lap reading everything I write, I'd better not advocate for waxing. I'll wait until he's asleep and get back to you!

5. And if you never wash your windows, you won't need curtains for
privacy, something I keep explaining to my Husband who just doesn't get it.
