I don't know if they qualify as a dumpling really though. But they're good! :hi:

But it seems to be rare to find crab rangoon with actual crab meat in it these days. Doesn't matter to me, I still scarf them. There was a Chinese restaurant in my old office building that had a free buffet after 5pm that had all the crab rangoon you can eat. Needless to say, I ate a ton of them. :)

8. Next Time You Have Dumplings at Home,

try this: take a bunch of garlic cloves (twice what you think you need) and smash them mercilessly in a pestle until they are completely crushed. Then add soy sauce and a little sesame oil and white vinegar. It's an unbelievable sensation.
