GIVE BUSH A CHANCE PEOPLE, HE'S NOT EVEN INAUGURATED YET!
Edited on Fri Nov-12-04 05:50 AM by Dukakis88
Bush is inheriting a ghastly mistake of a nation-building war, a massive deficit, a plundered economy, savaged relationships with the rest of the world, and a public education system in shambles. He's going to be starting his administration at an incredible disadvantage, due to the last four disasterous years of a Gore/Lieberman administration (we all know who really won the election). Now that Gore's finally been ousted from the White House he's run with an iron fist, it's important that we give our new leader a honeymoon, mandate, and the benefit of the doubt. Don't blame this man, when we all know whose fault this is. I don't need to spell it out for you: B___ C______. In this time of crisis, it's more important than ever to unite behind a new kind of leader. A man who hugs children and looks good in blue jeans. That man is George W. Bush. Pray for President Bush in the forthcoming months. He will need all our prayers behind him to overcome the last four years of Gore/Lieberman tax-and-spend excess.

Good night and God bless America.

4. I can't take this madness.
Would you prefer a liberal like Paula Poundstone hug your children while driving drunk on the way to an Indigo Girls concert?

I suppose you like the way suits look on hairy-legged liberals like Paula Poundstone and Pee Wee Herman instead?

6. The entire last four years he was hampered by liberal celebrities.
Edited on Fri Nov-12-04 06:32 AM by Dukakis88
Sure, he controlled the three branches of government. But how can you expect him to get anything done when treasonous devils like Tim Robbins and Ashton Kutscher are allowed to criticise him at will? These men are mutineers in a long tradition of scurvy dogs who came before them and pranced upon the screen, luring America's heartland to liberal excess. Bush was terrified to leave the White House, and I don't blame him. It isn't safe out here. We need the President kept in a safe place at all times. Out here with the liberal Hollywood celebrities everyone is in mortal danger of moral degredation worse than the sluttiest episode of democRAT Jerry Springer. This is why the president had to ask people to sign loyalty oaths to see him speak on tour. If he is contradicted by naysayers within 500 ft. he will literally collapse into a pile of gelatinous goo. Patriotic and God-fearing goo, true, but goo nevertheless.

8. When he turned over some state pensions in Tx to his friends
I felt he could not be trusted and that was long before he became President. Sorry. I do not trust the man.
