is there anyway I can disable their disable?

1. View the page's source code?

If you're using Internet Exploiter, just go to View menu option, then down to Source and raw page source will be displayed(i.e. should display all the resources for the page with their direct URL). However, if they're using Java to display the image, then my knowledge of how to get the image stops there. I'm sure there's ways around it though, I just don't know how it's done.

2. There's one for Firefox

There's an extension that'll override the most common disabling-scripts (Javascript is one) - but I'm not sure if it has been updated for v1.0. I don't think one exists for IE.

3. Sure, disable javascropt in your browser

In IE I think they call it "Active Scripting".

Do that, and you'll be good to go.
