Favorite and least favorite countries?

Ah, but don't tell me the names of those countries; tell me the name of the predecessor to that country's current head of state; for example, Britain = King George VI, France = Francois Mitterand, etc. For countries like Canada, whose Governor General is appointed by the Queen, go by the previous Governor General; for example, Canada = Roméo LeBlanc.

So, as for me:

The previous heads of state of my favorite countries:
1. Bill Clinton
2. Roméo LeBlanc
3. Johannes Rau
4. King George VI
5. Oscar Luigi Scalfaro (figure that one out! ;-) )

I don't have any least favorites.
