Do you sleep in the nude?

I'd freeze my ass off. However, my two dogs (70# and 55#) always sleep with me in the nude. Sometimes I wonder what they have on their minds. Know what I mean Vern?

5. EXACTLY why I cannot sleep nude.

The forces controlling the covers are overwhelming. Two dogs and (occasionally, when she is in the country) a dear wife all pulling the covers and snoring! Then, in the Greenville condo, Nick-Nick always gives a 3 AM "ruff," guttural and almost subliminal. However, it means "crap now!" He has proved it over and over again. I get up, put on jeans and a sweatshirt (and loafers), and take Nick-Nick out, on the leash. He always craps. Big. Ergo, I cannot ignore his "ruff." However, in the mountains, he always lasts until about first light - sometimes longer. I let him out and go back to bed. If it is not freezing cold, I leave the door opened and Nick-Nick is soon back in bed with me and Sirius (the 12-year old) and Dr. D, if she is in town. That is another reason I spend 99% of my time at the mountain house.

17. Ah yes, they train us well, don't they?

After the time change last weekend, I had to have a bit of a chat with my 'personal trainer' who kept aggressively waking me up an hour early to go to his morning rendezvous with his pals at the park. He made a tactical revision and now I'm treated to a very large nose pressed against mine, emitting enormous exhale sounds and something dangerously close to an attempt at mouth to mouth resuscitation. It's very silent, but just as effective.

We've managed to split the difference and now arrive half an hour before his posse shows up.

Which includes camping out. Clothes just impede your body heat. Though I keep sweats close by in case of fire or earthquake.
