6. I would love some info as well.
Myself and a friend have been looking into Vancouver for the last few months, kinda expecting this.
I am a producer/editor of trailer and TV commercials for motion pictures. The way the business is set up now, it's very simple to do it over fiber lines.
Anyway, I was just hoping to get a heads up on the Vancouver area before I go up there on the weekend of the 19th to check it out. Haven't been in about 5 years and am looking forward to it.
Anyone who has some suggestions of where I should look is welcome to PM me.
Thanks in advance!

11. I have Canadian ancestry ... would that help my case?
My great-grandmother and father were from Canada. My grandfather remembers the visits to family up there. I'm sure I still have some family (albeit distant) up there ... would that help my case?

12. Nope, not unles you're First Nations (Native American)
Otherwise, you have to stand on your own merits, or your spouse's, if your spouse is already Canadian.
