But look - they've had absolute control over everything for 2 years, and control over almost everything for 4, and what has been passed? The PBA, that's it. If they just outlaw abortion, they've just "shot their wad" so to speak. Repukes NEED to keep it alive or else the fundie base won't be as mobilized.
